    1. SMS Program Overview

    W.R. Restoration Inc. ("we") sends SMS text messages to customers who provide their phone number through our website contact form, chatbot, phone calls, or other intake methods. These messages are sent via our business phone number (703) 843-7987 and are used for the following purposes:

    • Lead confirmation and acknowledgment
    • Estimate delivery and scheduling links
    • Appointment reminders and confirmations
    • Service follow-ups and review requests
    • Re-engagement campaigns for non-booked leads
    • Referral requests

    2. Consent

    By providing your mobile phone number to W.R. Restoration Inc., you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message (see Section 4 below).

    3. Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Typically, you may receive:

    • 1–2 messages upon initial lead submission (confirmation + estimate link)
    • 1–2 messages for appointment scheduling and reminders
    • 1–2 messages after job completion (review request + reminder)
    • Periodic re-engagement messages (every 3 weeks for non-bookers, quarterly for declined estimates)

    You will not receive more than 4 messages per month unless you actively engage in a conversation with us.

    4. Opt-Out Instructions

    You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by any of the following methods:

    • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message.
    • Reply UNSUBSCRIBE as an alternative to STOP.
    • Call us at (703) 843-7987 and request to be removed from our SMS list.
    • Email us at info@wrrestoration.com with your phone number and request to opt out.

    After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you re-initiate contact and provide consent again.

    5. Message and Data Rates

    Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us, depending on your mobile carrier plan. W.R. Restoration Inc. is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

    6. Carrier Compatibility

    Our SMS messages are delivered through registered A2P 10DLC campaigns to ensure reliable delivery across all major U.S. carriers. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by carrier issues, unsupported carriers, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.
